The Report on Carcinogens: What Went Wrong and What Can Be Done to Fix It

Regulatory Checkbook President Richard B. Belzer recently published a monograph analyzing the National Toxicology Program's biennial Report on Carcinogens. The monograph shows why the RoC, as it is called, has failed to live up to its congressionally intended purpose.
